House Rules

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. No parties or events.
• Check-In / Check-Out:
  • Check-in: 3:PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Extra cleaning fees apply if violated.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Respect the Home: Please treat the space with care. Basic tidying and following our checkout rules is appreciated.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please report issues promptly.
• Safety: Do not disable smoke detectors, CO detectors, or other safety devices.
• Parking: Park is on the road side of the cottage please.
• No Illegal Activity: Any illegal activity will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Please not the owners do own dogs that are inside the property at times and assure you the cottage will be fully cleaned after they leave.
• Agreement: By booking, you agree to these rules and policies.
